Equity Award Center

Schwab's Equity Award Center (EAC) is an online platform where an employee can accept, view, manage and trade various stock award compensation received from their employer; it is utilized by some of the largest companies in the world including Facebook, Google, Twitter and more. 

 

The design problem to be solved was to retire the outdated EAC portal which had its own URL separate from Schwab.com and to integrate the experience wholly into the Schwab retail website and the iOS/Android app. This required working out new UX flows and building an interface from scratch with the new updated Everest design system. The designs went through several rounds of iteration which included on-site user testing at Twitter and Google.
